The training year of this Company has been marked by the
departure of several koen men from this Colony, remarkable
onthusiasm exhibited by a few members, and a deplorable lack of
"osprit de corps" in the remainder.
1 Officer and 18 other ranks attended Camp, 1 Officer and 17
other ranks were present at the G.O.C's Inspection, and 11 N.C.O's
and men turned out to the Test Mobilization and subsequent night
operations for Beach Defence on March 22nd.
This Company started the season as the Anzac Company but
through lack of support, is now being absorbed into other units.

The Company strength is now 6 Officers and 126 other ranks,
as compared with 5 Officers and 87 other ranks at the date of the
previous report. The large increase was due to a Recruiting Campaign
carried out during the summer.
At the Corps Rifle Meeting the Company gained the following
Trophies :-
Corps hampionship, Musket ry Cup,
Officer's Prize and
Tyro Competition.
In addition the Company gained 12 Marksmans' and 10 L. G.
badges during the training season and at a shoot held in February
won the Interport Cup

competed for between the Company and the
Portuguese Company, Shanghai Volunteer Corps.
During the summer of 1934 special L.G. Classes were held for
Officers and N.C.O's and Captain Rodrigues and L/Corporal H.A. de B.
Botelho attended a Junior Wing course for Officers.
The Company again won the aquatic Cup
The winter training has been carried out on the same lines
as in the last two years the category system having proved the
most successful
